- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of talent for our clients

- Create job descriptions and job postings to attract the best candidates for our clients
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
- Negotiate offers and terms of employment on behalf of clients and candidates
